Ulvi joined PASHA Investments in 2014. Prior to joining the company, Ulvi worked for the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan, where he built risk reporting systems, did strategic asset allocation, and assessed risk for 3rd party fund manager selection.

Ulvi is an expert in business valuation, financial analysis, portfolio management, market and credit risk analysis.

Ulvi received an MSc from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BSc from University of Groningen.
