Mukhtar joined PASHA Investments in 2023. Prior to joining the company, Mukhtar gained valuable experience working at the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, PASHA Bank, and Azer Turk Bank. During his time there, Mukhtar specialized in investment, risk management, and internal control functions.

Mukhtar received a MSc from Durham University and BSc from Khazar University. Additionally, he successfully completed two levels of the CFA examination.
