Fikret joined PASHA Investments in 2025. Prior to this, he served as Head of Strategy and PMO at AzerGold, where he led corporate strategy development and execution, evaluated investment opportunities, and oversaw the management of strategic projects. He previously held senior and expert roles at NEQSOL Holding, EY, BP, Baker Tilly, and Deloitte, gaining extensive experience in strategic planning, investment analysis, project management, risk assessment, and improving operational efficiency. Fikret holds an MSc from Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and a BSc from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
