Elnur rejoined PASHA Investments in 2022. Prior to joining the company, he worked for Baker Tilly Azerbaijan, PASHA Holding, PASHA Investments and Azerbaijan Investment Holding in various roles, where he participated in the closing of 5+ deals, devised & oversighted the turnaround strategy of several companies with sizes varying from 5 million USD to 200 million USD through establishing & leading transformation office practice.

He commands strong experience in business valuation, financial due diligence, and distressed asset management.

Elnur received a BSc from Khazar University. He is also a CFA®️ charterholder.
